Store Policies

1. RETURNS will be accepted within 15 days of product receipt date. Returns must be in original boxes with all hardware and packaging material. Missing packaging materials are subject to a restocking charge- minimum $10.00 and charged to your account. All returns must have an RA (return authorization number). E-mail sales@glassgiftshopohio.com for a RA number. A copy of your receipt must accompany the return.

2. SHIPPING products are shipped with 72 hours. If a delay is expected with your order we will notify you as soon as possible. E-mail E-mail sales@glassgiftshopohio.com for tracking information. Please wait 72 hours to obtain tracking information.

3. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - shipping costs are based on continental United States UPS. For international orders please e-mail sales@glassgiftshopohio.com for the correct costs.

5. PRICES - Online store prices may vary from our retail store locations. Online prices are only accepted if purchasing online. Retail prices are only accepted at the retail store.
